Regional Back-Office (RBO) is a CENTER OF EXCELLENCE of company back office.
RBO provides professional SAP support to Market Organizations (MO) of AP region. We drive operational efficiency in back-office functions so that units can focus to provide value to customer.
We constantly learn SAP E;s business process is implemented efficiently in SAP. You can learn and contribute through roles below;
• Comprehensive knowledge on SAP
• Consistent effort to improve process efficiency
• Cooperation with parties involved from multi-countries (eg; Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand)
Key Purpose of the Role:
1. Support the APAC offices by processing orders using SAP
2. Deliver the operational efficiency in the back-office
Specific Roles:
1. Receive the customer PO and issue PO acknowledgement
2. Create order in SAP
;s credit and payment terms to proceed
4. BP ( Business Partner) Role request
5. Generate the invoice to customer
6. Send Order Confirmation to customer
7. Run the daily report to reduce the back-log
Key Responsibilities:
1. Focus on customer- Meet the internal/external customers requirement- Improve the efficiencies considering the customer satisfaction
2. Pursue efficiency and quality- Understand the order process- Deliver the level of service
3. Act as team- Strong team sprit required with team itself, the unit employees and BO Roll-in team
Key Competencies Required:
– Learning agility
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Mandatory:
– Fluent in English and any of the following language: Mandarin/Japanese/Korean/Thai
– Bachelor degree
– Good interpersonal skill; approaching, active listening, problem solving and pro-active
Preferred: 2-3 years SAP order processing experience but fresh graduate are also welcome to apply
